Ordering information
Delivery & returns.
Ergo One costs £29 per holder. UK delivery is £4 per order; international delivery is £8 per order to the destinations offered at checkout. Prices are in GBP. Tyle Scientific is not VAT-registered and does not add VAT.
Dispatch & delivery
We aim to dispatch within two working days after payment is confirmed. This is a dispatch estimate, not an arrival date. Transit times vary by destination; please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and offer a refund. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days.
International recipients are responsible for any import duties, local taxes or carrier clearance charges. These are separate from the £8 delivery charge.
Payment & order records
Payment and delivery details are collected by Stripe. The final payable amount is shown before you pay. We dispatch only after payment is confirmed. Keep your Stripe payment confirmation for your records; contact us if you need help or a copy of your order details.
Changing your mind
For standard holder purchases, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to return the item. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We refund the price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that you sent it back, whichever is earlier. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
To cancel, email us your name, order reference and a clear request to cancel. You may also use this cancellation form. Please contact us about faulty, damaged or incorrect items so we can resolve the issue.
