Your ideas.
Made tangible.

By scientists, for scientists.

Tyle Scientific designs and 3D prints practical tools and bespoke equipment for laboratory research. From everyday pipette stands to complex experimental assemblies, we bring first-hand research experience to solving the challenges you face at the bench.

Choose from our labware, customise an existing design, or work with us to create something new. We bring design, prototyping and manufacture together in-house to develop equipment around your research. You don’t need a finished design—just an idea or a problem to solve.

Product Case Study.
Custom Photoreactor.

A bespoke photoreactor designed to make use of existing equipment, accommodate different tube sizes and keep affordability at the heart of the project.

Design.

We started with a clear brief: an affordable, functional photoreactor built around the client’s existing UV lamp and fan. The design needed to bring these components together while accommodating different reaction-tube sizes.

with yours.

Share your idea and we’ll arrange a free video call to discuss your research needs. We’ll then provide a quote, with no obligation to proceed. You only pay if you choose to go ahead.

A few lines for context are enough. We’ll discuss the details on the call.

Download a copy of your brief to keep or share. Your details stay in this browser until you choose to share them.

STUDIO CONTROLS

Make it your motion.

Start with the seated holder, then rotate and separate downward while the camera follows.

Models & assumptions

Both product meshes come from the supplied files. Pipette scale and receiving depth are prototype assumptions. The holder is black; the inner right opening is the insertion target. This close-up deliberately crops the holder edges and the upper pipette during approach. This is an interaction study, not a certified mechanical fit.
